For small building crews
Run your jobs from the ute, not the ute's glovebox.
SiteIQ keeps track of who worked where, what changed on site, and what it cost — so the hours add up, the variations get signed, and you're not reconstructing the week from memory on a Sunday night.
Works in any browser, and as an app on the crew's phones.
Time that actually reconciles
Crew clock on and off each job from their phone. They also start and finish their working day — so you can see the gap between hours on the clock and hours booked to jobs. That gap is travel, yard time and packing up, and it's usually where the margin goes.
Variations, signed on the spot
Raise a variation on site with photos, get the customer's signature on the phone, and email them their copy. If it needs a price first, it goes to the office queue instead of being guessed at in front of the customer.
On-site verification
Set a site location and SiteIQ records whether someone was actually there when they clocked on. If they leave while still clocked in, their phone reminds them — so you stop paying for forgotten clock-outs.
Who's where this week
Drag the crew onto jobs across the week. Everyone sees their own schedule on their phone; the office sees the whole board.
Roles that make sense on a site
Owners and office staff see everything. Builders see their jobs, their hours and their schedule — not the whole company's wages.
The stuff people keep asking
Site inductions, how you handle variations, who to call about what. Write it once, and it's in everyone's pocket.
Where the money usually leaks
Variations nobody wrote down
The customer asks for one more thing, the builder says yes, and nobody records it. SiteIQ makes raising one faster than not bothering — and gets it signed before the work starts.
Hours that don't match the job
Ten hours paid, seven booked to jobs. Not fraud — travel, the yard, the merchants. You can only price it in once you can see it.
Forgotten clock-outs
Someone knocks off and forgets. Their phone notices they've left site and reminds them, and if it still gets missed the hours can be corrected with a reason the office sees.
